Starla Willis, MA, LMHC, ADHD-CCSP(Supervisor)

I am thrilled to offer supervision services to those working toward licensure as MSWs, LMHCs, or LMFTs. As a supervisor, I meet all the requirements outlined in WAC 246-809-234 and have completed extensive continuing education with a focus on a competency-based approach to supervision.

My supervision style mirrors my therapeutic approach: it’s eclectic, personalized, and designed to meet the unique needs of each supervisee. My primary goal is to help you feel confident, prepared, and fully equipped to meet licensure requirements and embark on your career as a licensed clinician.

With firsthand experience in starting and building my own practice, I’m eager to share insights, practical strategies, and lessons learned along the way. I specialize in working with trauma and ADHD, and I’ve completed extensive continuing education in both areas. My experience spans across all ages, and while I don’t currently see couples or families, I have a strong background in this area as well.

Supervision with me is not just about meeting the requirements—it’s about fostering your growth and helping you develop both professionally and personally. I’m here to provide support, encouragement, and a wealth of resources as you navigate this exciting chapter in your career.
